Three of my favorite allies that support me on this journey.
Breath – When I’m about to do something and notice that there is tension in my body, I take a deep breath… The deep breath slows my heart rate, which in turn relaxes my parasympathetic nervous system. I literally start relaxing with a single deep breath.
APOV – Another point of view. Any time i’m feeling stuck or upset, i know its because of how i perceive the situation. ow, when my travel plans get changed or delayed, I see it as divine intervention lining things up so I can have an even more meaningful adventure.
Yes – Yes is a tremendously powerful word
